      Much work has been done on clarifying and preparation of the Station Beam. This PI saw us fall short of implementing the StationBeam. A little work is left remaining so it is suggested that this Feature be CLONED for PI9 and be delivered early in PI9.

    Description

      Implement a StationBeam device/object to manage the signal-chain data-acquisition stream and interact with TM

      stub/mock interactions with dependent modules in MCCS (Tile,data stream) to reduce dependency

      Logging and test need to be done in the context of the T-B Control Thread (TBCT)
      Demo will depend on TBCT
