      Initial integration during PI-8 was limited in functionality. This feature extends the functionality to the larger part of the command functionality covered in the TM-MCCS ICD. This will permit simulation of system operation in the manner the OET is designed to drive, and will enable actions which cover CSP and SDP to demonstrate a complete telescope system.

      The MCCS code base was released at the end of Iteration 9.4 as release 0.6.0 as a stable release. This was shared with the NCRA team for integration into TMC low. This relase contained the initial implementation of the Abort() ObsReset() functionality which allowed the NCRA team to achieve SPO-921.

      Note that SPO-870 is not due to complete until some time in PI10, therefore will not be closing out with this feature.
      MCCS-359 implements and introduces unit tests for Subarray Scan, Abort an ObsReset (pending merge at time of writing)

      Extend integration of TM/MCCS to include Station, StationBeam, Frequency Channels in Allocate(), Configure() and scan(), Release(); 
        Complete Configure(), Scan(), functionality (i.e. add channel allocation) & error handling,
        Expose logging & diagnostics, complete Antenna, StationBeam;
        Include On(), Off(), Reset(), Abort() (Fault)
        Consider pointed/tracking scans.
          (also include CSP-related interactions - channels, destination addresses? This could open a bunch of dependencies...)
