    Description

      This feature is to do an initial / partial implementation of Abort in the MCCS state machine to recover from obsState = fault

      The implementation is based on the investigation in SP-4120 in PI22 and will be scoped in more detail later based on the available capacity and the most needed aspects of Abort as determined in that Spike in PI22
