Description

Following the outcomes of ~~SP-3436~~ (decide SBI lifecycle) and ~~SP-2578~~ (update PDM to elaborate SBI and EB definitions), it is now possible to create SBIs in the ODA, linking them to both SBDs and EBs.

Thus the PTT introduced in PII19 (~~SP-2979~~) should now be extended to support queries for SBIs within the ODA, with the results window showing the linkages to SBDs and EBs.

if time is available it would be good to extend the search capabilities for all entites to allow "fuzzy" searching & pattern matching.
