      • PST-LMC CI pipelines no longer execute or pass
      • PST-LMC Documentation is not published

      What remedial work is needed to eliminate the debt? Describe the rework needed.

      • PST TANGO devices updated to use the latest stable ska-tango-base (>= 0.12.0)
      • PST-LMC refactored based on ska-tango-example and moved to new CAR 
      • PST-LMC updated to confirm to Control System Guidelines, naming convention changes, etc
      • PST-LMC Documentation published to Developer portal

      Why is it important to address this technical debt item i.e. consequences or costs accrued by this item?

      • PST-LMC repo no longer buildable or deployable in current development environments
