      Present day implementation of CSP control and sub-array still uses the BC 0.10 state model. To be able to correctly interact to the other element’s LMC, now transitioning to BC 0.11, it is necessary an upgrade.

      CSP.Control and CSP.Subarray are based on SKA Base classes  0.11 and they have the state transitions according to 0.11 model.

      If some of the elements CSP.LMC is connected to is not available with a protocol of BC 0.11, CSP.LMC functionality can be tested using the relevant emulators developed under the umbrella of SP-1515

      The KR is implemented with these actions:

      1. Both Controller and Subarray core have been upgraded to BC 0.11.3
      1. The Component Manager for the CSP Subarray has been created
      1. Commands Assign/release resources, On, Configure, Scan, Abort, ObsReset, Restart, Standby/Off, Reset, EndScan, GoToIdle has beenn ported to the new BC environment
      1. Setup of a common integration environment using the simulated SubElement Devices.
      1. Test all commands on simulated devices, both LOW and MID versions

    Description

      The release of the refactored CSP.LMC is complete, but the adopted state and command model is still that of BC 0.10.

      The CSP.LMC states and commands will be moved to the BC >=0.11 implementation and the  component manager implemented.
