Present day implementation of CSP control and sub-array still uses the BC 0.10 state model. To be able to correctly interact to the other element’s LMC, now transitioning to BC 0.11, it is necessary an upgrade.

CSP.Control and CSP.Subarray are based on SKA Base classes 0.11 and they have the state transitions according to 0.11 model.

If some of the elements CSP.LMC is connected to is not available with a protocol of BC 0.11, CSP.LMC functionality can be tested using the relevant emulators developed under the umbrella of ~~SP-1515~~

Description

The release of the refactored CSP.LMC is complete, but the adopted state and command model is still that of BC 0.10.

The CSP.LMC states and commands will be moved to the BC >=0.11 implementation and the component manager implemented.
