Demonstrate integration and configuration of initial QA metrics and display for visibility receive workflow

      Quality Assessment metrics and plots/displays will be needed by operators in order to perform an initial assessment and debugging of the data stream being received by SDP.

      Demonstrating QA metric display functionality, integrated with the SDP visibility receive workflow, as soon as possible is important to be able to get stakeholder feedback and then use this to drive further development if needed.

      Since QA metrics and displays will also eventually be needed for most (if not all) SDP workflows establishing a framework for generating and displaying QA metrics will help de-risk future SDP development.

      Starting with one of the simplest cases in this ticket will therefore hopefully lead the way to similar work for the AA0.5 flagging + RCAL workflow and from that a number of other SDP workflows soon after.

Spectrum waterfall plots have been implemented and demonstrated in system demo 12.6 (https://confluence.skatelescope.org/display/SE/2021-11-24+DP+ART+System+Demo+12.6).     Description

      The QA display will provide a real-time display of the signal data including phase/amplitude as a function of frequency and time. This feature should complete the PI11 work to integrate the QA display (https://gitlab.com/ska-telescope/sdp/ska-sdp-qa-display) with the receive workflow (https://gitlab.com/ska-telescope/sdp/ska-sdp-integration). The current state of the integration can be found in the previous feature https://jira.skatelescope.org/browse/SP-1653. This work aims to finish the integration to ensure a complete working configurable workflow including QA displays and should ensure all required documentation is provided.
