Integration, testing, and consolidation of visibility receive QA signal display

      QA will be required as a quick-look debugging tool for AA0.5 and therefore a minimal solution will be required for visibility receive and possibly (in a later PI, other RT workflows such as RFI flagging and RCAL). Given the lack of historical design work in this area, establishing this early with a long enough lead time to make additional changes if needed is therefore of the highest importance.

      Longer-term, QA is also a core feature provided by the SDP as part of the online part of the telescope operation. Establishing a working prototype that can be extended in future as other workflows are developed is therefore also an important step towards the development of the SDP system beyond AA0.5.

      The design of QA user interface has been greatly improved by using the Material-UI framework. It now has a sidebar and other elements which can be used to navigate between pages. There are placeholders for a dashboard and a waterfall plot. (See the attached screenshots.)

      We have done some initial design work for a waterfall plot of the visibility phase. The ideas for the design are on this Miro board:

      The QA display components has been integrated into the SDP prototype. A CI pipeline has been added to the repository to build and publish the Docker images. The first release of the components (0.1.0) is available in the central artefact repository. The updated Helm chart to deploy the SDP with the QA display will be released imminently - see this MR:
