Initial integration during PI-8 was limited in functionality, and was further expanded in PI9. However there is still outstanding integration work. This feature extends the functionality to the larger part of the command functionality covered in the TM-MCCS ICD. This will permit eventually simulation of system operation in the manner the OET is designed to drive, and will enable actions which cover CSP and SDP to demonstrate a complete telescope system.

Description

Cloning the Feature from PI9 as work will be carried over into PI10 following some more work in PI9.

Continued work on MCCS TMC integration to continue and complete the successful initial integration of MCCS in PI8,

This feature accounts for the changes in the TMC nodes to support further configuration modes of MCCS as expected under ~~SP-1341~~ and the integration and testing in SKAMPI
