SDP onboarding guide (continued)

Review and create SDP specific, onboarding instructions, discoverable via the developer portal as part of, or linked to, the current onboarding guide ( https://developer.skatelescope.org/en/latest/community/getting_started.html ) describing (or providing links to): Where to find confluence pages and documents describing the architecture of the SDP How to set up a local SDP development environment How to discover, download and run the SDP prototype code How to find existing bug/defects reports and how to register a new one. How to contribute to an existing or new repository being integrated into the SDP prototype (and therefore also integrated into SKAMPI) This should ideally be reviewed at least one other team as a collaborative exercise (should not need a dependency), ideally one onboarding or expecting to onboard new developers in PI8 or PI9. This activity is expected to be timeboxed to ~1FP and therefore the outcome should also identify any next steps to continue to evolve the onboarding guide in future PIs.
