Review and refactor developer portal layout for improved usability

      The developer portal should be one of the first place SKA developers visit when looking for information and keeping this up-to-date, well organised, and easy to nativate is therefore very important.

      The developer portal should be one of the first place SKA developers visit when looking for information and keeping this up-to-date, well organised, and easy to nativate is therefore very important.

      1. Review of structure of information in the developer portal (possibly with a cross-team / cross-ART spike) to identify routes to critical information and assess if a new structure could be implemented to improve how this can be discovered / navigated to.
      2. Identify and list any potential gaps in the current developer portal, with consideration of how these would fit into the current or revised structure. These will be used to generate tickets for future PIs.
      3. Update the landing page to improve quick access to key areas of the developer portal without having to scroll though the navigation bar on the left.
      4. Following the review (point 1), refactor the structure of the developer portal as required and as time allows and socialise any changes across teams on both ARTs.
