    Description

      As a result of the changed observation state machine described in the decision of ADR-8 there will be a number of changes to the states and transtions in the subarray devices obsState and state machines. The TMC should adapt to these changes as necessary, taking into account the related (base) changes taking place in the LMC base classes as part of SP-1060.
