    Description

      Implement the new subarray state machine including:

      • Reset and/or abort commands as determined by output of ADR. (see description in -SP-755)-  (moved to SP-1002)
      • Should include updates to provide sufficient error handling and propagation to inform a user of the state of the system and inform correct use of state transition commands.
      • Contribution to approach and harmonisation of exception handling across SKAMPI (relates to point above)
      • Should update tests and code documentation
