Description
Why now? The MVP has deviated from the intended design, and partly as a consequence it cannot do multiple scans within a single SB execution. This decision will allow the multi-scan capability to be introduced. **

To quote Mark (see Confluence): In the current implementation of the MVP, there is a mismatch in the interface to SDP. The basic problem is that there is no way to call the SDP subarray ConfigureScan command, which means that SDP can't execute more than one scan in a scheduling block correctly.
