Description

In many instances we face the necessity to integrate our dev infrastructure with supplementary external resources, see STFC, PSIs ...

We need to better define our approach and requirements. (VPNs, security, access regulations, direct remote access, network bandwidth, SLAs ...)

I'm framing this as a capability at the moment, as it will need interaction with teams running local infrastructures.
