Demo for System CDR Panel

      PI#4 contribution to System CDR demo will help with the following:

      • Show the System CDR panel that software development is working under a well managed process.
      • Show the System CDR panel that software from different teams is being integrated to form the different demos, and that releases and versions are being managed.
      • Show the System CDR panel that software products can be taken by teams different from their original development teams, and still be worked on.
      • Show the System CDR panel that the MVP non-functional requirements are being worked out (this comes from SS-19, but it is produced into a demo for System CDR).
      • Show the System CDR panel the status of Continuous Integration, and its roadmap.
      • Show the System CDR panel progress in different aspects being worked-on by different teams in order to assess the SKA1 design software-wise.

      This will allow the System CDR panel to better assess the status of SKA software development and increase the chances of a successful System CDR.

      • Contributions to the Feature tickets SP-483, SP-484, SP-486 are provided

      • SPMT provides a list of demos to be included into PI#5 planning/PI#4 demo.

    Description

      Prepare for a demo to be given to the System CDR panel. This Capability triggers features at the Data Processing, Obs. Mgt. & Control, and Other virtual ARTs, taking into account that the System CDR demo needs to be treated as a PI demo.

      One additional detail living at this level, and not at the Solution Level, is the need to show what the Continuous Integration environment is, and what the relevant guidelines, status, and roadmap for that is, as part of the System CDR demo.
