    Description

See ADR-10 description for details: https://confluence.skatelescope.org/display/SWSI/ADR-10+Revise+receive+addresses+exchange#ADR-10Revisereceiveaddressesexchange-Decision

This is not a very big change on SDP, as things simply get published to TMC instead of CSP. However, there are a couple of details here:

      • Instead of just one receive addresses list, we publish a map. The format also has a couple of changes in details. See also the (provisional) CSP configuration library: https://gitlab.com/scpmw/telescope-config/-/blob/master/src/ska_csp_config
      • Some thought should also be put into setting up this process to minimise delays. We would likely want to transition out of RESOURCING and publish receive addresses as early as possible (see also SP-1048).
