Mid Sensitivity Calculator Project setup

Sensitivity calculator project should be modified to follow SKA standards. This includes adding documentation (including instructions on how to run the calculator), setting up CI/CD pipeline, dockerisation and creating a clear folder structure to build upon when refactoring the project. Refactoring of the back-end will include incorporating Astrpy library in the project and similar library would be useful for the JacaScript front-end. Investigation into possibilities for such a library should be made and recorded to be carried out in the front-end refactoring feature.
