      Efficiencies added to sensitivity calculator (mid.py): via AT2-550

      eta refi (currently set to 1)

      associated tests added to test_mid.py

      updated sensitivity calculation in mid.py to use the baseline based equation listed in the document provided by Songlin and attached to this feature (AT2-551)

      Additional work performed as part of this feature:
      (AT2-565) We added the ability for a user to specify target coordinates. This, along with introducing a basic timing module can be used to set the elevation angle of an observing field on the assumption that it is being observed at transit.

      Using the coordinates, the SC can now raise an exception if the target never comes above the horizon.

    Description

      Currently the sensitivity calculator considers the overall expected efficiency and we would like to break that up into the relevant componets (pointing, coherence, digitisation, correlation, RFI). This will require an update to both the code and relevant documentation. It should be noted that some of these values are currently not well known and so appropriate placeholders should be included. An email from S.Chen that provides all of the details is included as an attachment.
