      Key stakeholder(s): SKAO science team

      Update the current science data challenge scoring code prototype into an offline package that is ready to be reviewed by the SKAO science team so a decision can be made to decide if it can be ready for the next SKA science data challenge.

      Optionally (stretch) update for the next science data challenge, SDC2.
