Short report (confluence page or equivalent) which collects, describes, and provides a draft costed plan for the hardware and platform software to support running the OMC and DP MVPs at the MID and LOW PSIs.

If limited capacity is available, initial focus should be on the Mid-PSI requirements as this plan is more advanced.

Further work is needed to confirm requirements and working assumptions re. scope for both PSIs to then finalise this document.

Furthermore, funding models need to be better understood. In the case of LOW PSI, CSIRO are expecting to pay for the kit but the budget will place constraints on things. The picture re. MID PSI funding is less clear to me.

Description

Needs to include input from all elements to be deployed (TM, SDP, CSP?, DISH?) or being considered to be deployed (PSS, PST) at the PSI.

Outcome should be costed plan on how much (and what types of) off-the-shelf hardware need to be procured, and what platform software needs to be installed for a PSI deployment. Initial focus on PSI Mid.
