Verify stability of the deployed System in the ITF using automated Smoke Test for HW deployments and other reporting mechanisms

<h2> Automated Smoke Tests

• Refer to Confluence Notes (https://confluence.skatelescope.org/display/SE/2024-08-19+SKAO+Visit+to+PSI+-+Richmond - Monday discussion): we need a smoke test that checks for typically found issues that get logged.

Pseudocode:
if $(log line in kubectl logs talondx-logconsumer) is found in ${file with typical phrases that represent smoke coming out} then FAIL

<h2> Verify stability of SUT

• Familiarise with available Grafana Dashboards checking network traffic, custom-build some more if/where needed.
• Use Headlamp (as deployed in ITF) to inspect the SUT - see SDR-XXX
• Check and verify stability of running Signal Display Dashboard / update version if/where advised
