perfSONAR mesh tests are running

      Once the perfSONAR mesh is running correctly with no configuration errors on the dashboards, this will give us a true view of the network errors. This will allow proper analysis of the network and allow identification of sources of data movement errors.

      AC1: A functional (running) MESH with no configuration errors for all sites in the mesh

      AC2: Continue iterative improvement of documentation and allow for feedback from sites. 

      AC3: Understand what would be involved regarding a centralised point for perfSONAR dashboards which can be viewed by SKA partners, possibly investigating ingesting perfSONAR data into a grafana dashboard. Decide whether the addittional view is needed.

      AC4: If the addittional view is needed, implement!

    Description

      perfSONAR hosts are used to monitor long term network health for bandwidth and latency. The SRCnet perfSONAR mesh is a collection of hosts across SRCnet which should all test to every other member to measure bandwidth and latency. The current mesh has some configuration errors which need to be resolved for scheduled testing.
