    Description

perfSONAR measures the latency and bandwidth in a network. This is done using a configuration template (psconfig) to schedule tests via pScheduler. This runs automated tests at regular intervals between sites in the mesh.

Some testing has been started already measuring latency and bandwidth. However, it should be decided by the members of the perfSONAR mesh what the details of the scheduled regular testing are. Including the frequency, tools, bandwidth limit, and IPV4/6 connections.

This should be readily available to all members to add input.
