PHT uses observatory static data and semantic validation

Following up on the work in SP-4041 where some validation was done using the OSD, expand the amount of validation done, and use the semantic validation services to achieve that validation (see also SP-4059).

in terms of scope, the OSD/Semantic validation service released at the end of PI22 / beginning of PI23 will be used as a baseline for this feature. If there are critical parameters that should be added to the OSD during the PI, this should be coordinated between OSO teams and with OMCPT (because of the multiple features related to this topic being worked on this PI, incl. SP-4226 and SP-4324)
