    Description

      This will touch the torkeep (CRUD) service, argus (TAP) query service, and bifrost (DataLink) service.

      Implement metadata harvester to seed torkeep with metadata from the CADC for the test collections in the DDM (VLASS, RACS, WALLABY, CGPS, LoTSS) and URIs compatible with DDM access.

      Ingest CAOM metadata records with:

      • no Parts
      • no Chunks
      • DDM URIs
