    Description

Enforce compute quotas within the CANFAR science platform on a project by project basis. The definition of a project is an SRCNet Group as identified in the IAM installation.

      Steps:

      1. Investigate using the Allocate Group shell tool to initiate compute quotas to support the dynamic nature of Groups.
      2. For the first iteration of this work, assume a human will be doing the Group creation and the quota allocation. This action will instigate queue creation.
      3. Queue deletion is out of scope for the first iteration.
