      • The implementation of the ECP is initiated, keeping pace with the changes on the CBF side. The SPEAD headers should be shown to be using the revised time-stamping format up to the point implemented by the CBF team so that integration tests show that the CBF accepts the data.
      • Any necessary changes should also be made to the DAQ RX stack, so that it can receive the new format.

    Description

      Confluence page ECP-230134 - Update time fields in the LOW CBF - SPS ICD describes changes to be made to time-stamping, relating to ADR-77 and ADR-78.

      This will require wide-ranging changes to the hardware / software stack.

      As discussed in PI 21 planning, the team should being the implementation in PI21, keeping pace with the changes on the CBF side being done by Perentie so that the SPS-CBF integration uses identical headers on both sides.
