Stage Data to enable CARTA visualisation of Apertif data using CANFAR

This is the first step to test the CANFAR with a use case based on Apertif data. In particular we would like to run a pipeline for advanced processing of the spectral line data cubes, HI source finding, and catalog and advanced data product generation. 

For this is needed to have access to the input datasets (~500 GB size ) from the science platform.

In this feature we will study how to  make these large datasets accessible for processing from the science platform. In a future feature we will deploy the containerised version of the pipeline for processing these data, but in this feature we will use CARTA software to demonstrate the access to the data from the CANFAR, making use of the MSND
