The proposed calibration solution was discussed with stakeholders. This resulted in only minor revision of the architecture. See MCCS draft calibration architecture v2.

A new repository, ska-low-mccs-calibration was bootstrapped. Documentation can be read here.

The Yanda team was supported to get an initial implementation working. This was demonstrated at DP ART System Demo 21.5.

    Description

Ensure that appropriate documentation on the MCCS calibration framework is exposed to facilitate integration of calibration processes by other teams, e.g. by placing updated pages into Solution Intent.

It is expected that the implementation of Solving for the calibration parameters will be done by Yanda. MCCS will support this work and react accordingly e.g. by updates to the framework .
