      AC1: Report on potential for Rucio to be used as the DDM component from an architectural point of view, which can incorporate the NFRs and consideration of the APIs. Report to include a summary of additional work needed to support API development if necessary - if there are gaps, where are these?
      AC2: Report also to include a description of how the tool could be deployed and brief description of the internal architecture / deployment view (e.g. databases and running sub-services required)
