Signal Chain Verification test report divided into reasonably-sized webpages split by Test ID

Added high-level sequence diagrams for CBF Test Setup and Signal Chain Verification test

Enhanced diagnostic information on visibilities (Fraction of Data, more Baseline plots, Number of Timestamps)

Cleaned up test data and report for Talon Status checkpoint

Removed unnecessary feature files for Signal Chain Verification test (report generation)

Description

Define and implement the AA0.5 test cases in terms of the test_parameters in ska-mid-cbf-system-tests used in the test framework outlined in the Mid CBF AA0.5 Test Strategy.
Update the test framework as required to support the test cases and to facilitate testing and review of results.
