Dish Structure Qualification Software: GUI Technology Choice

A spike to quickly find a viable technology solution to display the required attributes and allow (via buttons) the required functionality for the Dish Strucutre Qualification software. A useable GUI prototype is needed for testing by end of PI20.

"Requirements" and a suggested "phase 1" are given in the PDFs attached to ticket SP-3432.

Limitations are:

• Must talk directly to OPC-UA (not TANGO).
• Needs to be usable both on and offline.
• Limited computation resource.
• Needs to be able to run on Windows 11 Pro. This is the OS of the "moveable" computer that will be used on site to communicate with the dish structure's OPC UA server during dish qualification.

Possible technologies include (but are not limited to):

• PyQT
• Node.js > OPC-UA 
• JupyterNotebooks, ipywidgets + some plotter (bokeh, matplotlib etc).
