    Description

      The existing Alarm Handler solution allows alarm configuration manually. This means when the system is deployed, someone has to configure the Alarm Handler to start listening to the ALARM quality factor of the desired attributes and act on them per configured formulas. However, it is desired that a set of alarms are configured to be evaluated immediately after deployment.

      The scope of this feature is to implement a mechanism via which, the alarm configuration is done automatically and the system starts evaluating the alarms soon after deployment without human involvement.

       

      Detail: A versioned alarm configuration is loaded from CAR and uploaded via the upload/download mechanism provided by the Alarm Handler deployment. It shall be possible to script this. For this feature it is irrelevant how the versioned configuration got stored in CAR. This is solved in SP-3727.
