Deploy MSND Science Platform UI

This Feature is to deploy and operate a UI for the Mini SRCNet Demonstrator Science Platform functionality. A UI will increase the accessibility for science users at varying levels of proficiency.

This Feature will provide an opportunity for the SRCNet science community to provide feedback on the available features, including the usability of the Demonstrator Science Platform.

This Feature will provide an opportunity for the SRCNet operations community to provide feedback on the deployment and operations of the Demonstrator Science Platform UI.

AC1: For each of the deployment locations, demonstrate that a user with credentials from the prototype IAM can choose to launch a selectable type of session. Demonstrate session listing and resource state display.

AC2: Science community feedback is captured.

AC3: Operations community feedback is captured.
