Dissemination of data management API architecture and supporting services

The current ecosystem contains i) the data management api, ii) the permissions api, iii) the authentication api and iii) the capabilities api (this api providing access to the service which is the source of truth about what services are available at which site). These four APIs allow an authorised user to locate data & query metadata and services, e.g. SODA, and provide us a good "backbone" by which other services (APIs) can be built against. This work is very much considered a work-in-progress, and following deployment of these services externally it would be prudent to gather feedback from stakeholders. As such, this feature will capture any discussions/feedback gathering to better inform the next steps in building up the API to fulfill the requirements for data discovery, access and management.

AC1: Demo deployed services to Jesus, documented feedback on the API documentation for changes required to the APIs in the current ecosystem

Unable to document feedback from external stakeholders as unclear what (if anything) needs to change at this stage. Feedback from Jesus has been implemented.
