    Description

      Mid.CBF Master Control Software - implement complete state machine for scan configuration, for correlation only.  In order to transit to obsState=SCANNING  Mid.CBF subarray must receive a set of delay models and destination addresses for the output products (visibility). 

      Mid.CBF subscribes with TM TelState to receive delay models and destination addresses. For testing purposes, create a prototype for the TM TelState TANGO Device that can provide delay models and destination addresses and any other parameters and commands required.
