As we build towards more operationally representative data movement tests we'd like to build understanding in the ART about what Rucio-level tests are of interest, in particular for tests to be deployed in PI19 we want to go into the knowledgeshare workshop with clear ideas from each involved team about what the functionality is that they want to test with Rucio. Doing this before the workshop will help focus the discussion from experienced developers (in Magenta) and lead to a faster route to writing and deployment of the tests.

Interested teams to participate in knowledgeshare / workshop, then discuss with FO ideas for a new Rucio test or tests, what the behaviour is that the test intends to reveal and how this will be captured in the grafana dashboards.
