      This feature addressed issues with flagging valid data (in respect of timestamp validity). This was tested in simulation and against hardware. It was then made use of by the aavs-system library.
      For DAQ to use the GPU correlator we need CUDA in the DAQ image. The requirements were identified, but due to ongoing blockers implementation / testing (e.g. on the JBO server) has been deferred to SP-3456.
      During this work a need for various updates to configuration files, &c, was identified and executed, with a fresh release of DAQ now deploying reliably.

    Description

      This feature extends the earlier work on DAQ to file. The output file should be capable of being used offline for calibration, initial commissioning of AAVS3.
