Enhance data product dashboard

This should continue the development of the SDP data product dashboard (https://gitlab.com/ska-telescope/sdp/ska-sdp-data-product-dashboard).

This should first focus on completion of integration with SDP and ability to be deployed in the correct namespace to make use of the shared data volume where measurement sets are written by SDP currently. This should enable support and testing suitable for meeting Solution Goal 4.

There are a number of usability improvements that have been raised following the demonstration of this work that should then be considered to update the functionality. This should be scoped appropriately such that all work can be easily completed and the updated code versions can be integrated and deployed alongside the updated notebooks that will be used to meet Solution Goal 4. Updates to the MID imaging notebook will happen under SP-3244 and the updated data product dashboard developed here should be usable by that improved notebook.

What?

• An end to end test of the current data product dashboard deployed with SDP using the shared volume to provide access to data written by visibility receive.
• A new release of the data product dashboard with usability enhancements.
• A successful demonstration of the improved MID imaging notebook with the data product dashboard running alongside making available the data written by visibility receive as part of that demonstration.
• Suitable tests defined and implemented to support those outlined in Solution Goal 4

Why?

• Enhancing the user's ability to view and search metadata and retrieve data products will improve the usability of the system as a whole.
