Description
Expand on the test device used in DishManager tests to create a device with which the basic behaviour and interface of the SPFR Controller can be simulated (either by implementing behaviour in the device itself or by providing a mechanism for the attribute values of the device to be changed by the test environment).
The scope of the simulator is limited to what is required by the current Dish LMC component tests; deficiencies identified in KAR-435; issues identified here; and any increase in scope of Dish LMC brought about by SP-2668.
The values of the simulator's attributes will be changed during run-time, so the simulator is not expected to implement behaviour of SPF.
Note: As SPF simulator device is updated, we will continually check against XTP tickets to ensure the issues are resolved.
