Develop an approach for profiling

Provide a list of scientific software to profile, along with data inputs for each and guidelines on how to execute the scientific software. Provide a list of profiling frameworks. Provide a mapping between the last two lists. Agree on a collaborative structure (e.g github repository) that collects data inputs, profiling parameters, and output results for each scientific application and test case.

For this "Feature" we have been obtaining a series of results.
