Rewrite documentation for MID Long Haul Design

      So much has changed on the MID design that the baseline document is completely incorrect. A number of contracts both within and outside of networks reference the design so we need to amend this design completely and document it. We have a short term resource who can take this on now. This design will incorporate the designs for AA0.5,1,2,3*4 which will then make it more simple for Jas to update netterrain for MID as Anthony Brown our resource for MID is leaving and Jas will not have the time to do both in the required timescales. This  will reduce Jas's workload as he takes on management of Netterrain from Sam LLoyd.

    Description

      Due to ECP 2000048 and ECP 210134 the design for the MID long hual has changed and needs to be recorded in a document as the baseline design. Also we need the document to incorporate the design at AA0.5, AA1, AA2, AA3* . The work for this document will be the pre-cursor for netterain to be updated as the single source of truth.
