      Adoption of base classes 0.13 has been completed, including documentation updates, tutorial and demonstration activities. However, we found that a requirement for BDD testing has blocked our release. Feature SP-2813 has been spawned to cover this remaining work.

    Description

      In PI14 MCCS completed much of the work necessary for adoption of base classes 0.13 but some further work is required. We will complete this to the point of making a working release of MCCS using 0.13. His work includes resolution of testing issues.

      For the further benefit of developers similarly adopting 0.13 with its asynchronous commands structure, we will contribute further documentation, for example descriptions of our work in areas that were found to be particularly troublesome.

Each feature includes a benefit hypothesis and acceptance criteria, and is sized or split as necessary to be delivered by a single Agile Release Train (ART) in a Program Increment (PI).
