We investigated the requirements from the sub-elements related to the CLP, Only JAMA presented requirements that need to be tested. But as the requirements are in flux due to ongoing reviews (we participate in them) , we could not pin them down yet. Also the architecture for the PSI will therefore be premature, although we have an idea in how to approach the LMC and CBF. So KR1 is only touched upon and actually blocked due to the development state of the requirements of the sub-elements. We are aware of the status and will propose at PI-16 activities to allow more progress.

The sub-elements Bill of Materials is discussed with the sub-elements CBF (preliminary but the concept is known), the PSS is in flux, the LMC is in flux for Low and the PST is not relevant yet (for AA0.5) In summary, we cannot get a BoM version in a stable state from all the sub-elements.
An example of an item that is urgently needed, are the racks (19"cabinets). We participated in a rack discussion meeting https://confluence.skatelescope.org/display/OP/2022-08-30+SKAO-Pawsey+Racks+Requirements+and+Timeline+Meeting+notes and concluded we will move forward by informing the sub-elements and other stakeholders about our selection.

The procurement process is initiated with the SKAO for one of the BOM items, and understand the steps for the next items for the PSI.
Work will be carried via SP-2767 in PI16.
