    Description

      Establish a repository for the RECV C++ library/applications and implement development infrastructure that supports:

      • Build system for the software products using Cmake
      • Development of testing procedures and harnesses
      • Automated CI pipelines to support the development
      • Automated CD for testing and validation at PSIs and ITFs
