Project Execution Plan development

The Project Engineering Plan (PEP) will require a number of inputs from the SAFe train. Significant content may be required for:

• Construction Project Definition
• Staffing
• Risk and Opportunity Management
• Engineering
• Configuration Control
• Acquisitions
• Project Management Controls
• Quality and Product Assurance
• Computing (in terms of project IT, Cyber-Security and Data Management)

All of these should clarify how the project can be managed in a coherent, lean, way whilst integrating both Agile and non-Agile components. The largest area will be the Engineering section which presents a coherent Software and System Engineering Management Plan.
