    Description

      Timeboxed activity for the evolution of work started in SP-2149 as a source of truth that can be used by SDP and other elements. 

      The end goal would be to release a service that can be deployed with SKAMPI along with a client library for use with SDP and other elements.

      This does not need to be a polished solution but should aim to meet needs already identified for AA0.5 and allow some degree of an extension where possible to anticipated new data objects that might be stored.
