DISH.LMC interface with Dish Structure (Part 2)

A new version of the DISH.LMC to Dish Structure Interface Control Document is needed to begin work on implementation of the DISH.LMC.   Development of DISH LMC is lagging behind other subsystems, while the DISH is a key subsystem required for AA 0.5.   This enabler will update the Dish LMC to DS ICD with the latest information (new DS).

Actively participated in the relevant DISH Structure meetings, in particular with the team developing DS interface with DISH LMC.

Reviewed a draft version of the DISH LMC to DISH Structure ICD, performed an analysis of the proposed interface and its suitability for the MID Telescope, and provided comments.

Performed analysis of the software required to support DISH  Structure CDR and estimate the effort, if required by DISH Consortium.

A new Dish LMC to Dish Structure ICD was reviewed to ensure observations on previous revision are addressed. Feedback on the completion status of observations (from discussions between Karoo team, Dish Structure team and other observers) are recorded in the Observation Action Register with the observations.

Observations inform Dish LMC to Dish Structure ICD to ensure it is consistent with Dish LMC requirements, Dish Structure requirements and Dish Structure control system design.

Observations inform Dish LMC to Dish Structure ICD to ensure it supports ECP-180012 - Wide Area Scanning System Requirements.

The Observation Action Register and ICDs can be found by stakeholders in Sharepoint.

The Dish Structure team is informed of the new observations and invited to discuss it with observers.

Monitoting and control software to support DISH Structure CDR is not required from OMC ART.
