Integration and regression testing of the TMC MVP post SS-82; Identify bugs to be fixed

SS-82 has led to a significant refactoring and restructuring of the TMC in a bid to fix the issues in SKAMPI. Work on SS-82 is being continued under SS-86 especially refactoring the SubArray and Leaf Node. While testing based on these further changes is a continuing exercise there is a need to ensure that integration of TMC at this point with other components and that all tests created for the previous MVP integration (prior to SS-82) are run comprehensively and issues identified. Some of these are expected to be fixed on the fly to allow integration and tests to proceed further, others may need to be logged in SKB and staged for later. Further these issues would reveal possible changes that other components interfacing to the TMC will need and these should be identified, at a high level at least and features proposed.
